Six Foot Five, albino, ivory hair, pink eyes, lean, mean and cold. Dack was abandoned in a dumpster as a baby, saved by Sister Elizabeth and raised in St. John’s orphanage in Peoria. Agents combing orphan homes recognized his outsider attitude and, having no family, engrained him into the shadowy world of black ops. For years, he traveled abroad with partner, THOR ALEXANDER, but after a tragic mistake in 1996 was banished to patrol Central Illinois out of Peoria. He is always there, always watching...

Thor Alexander

Six foot eight, blonde, bearded, Southern cracker type, agent of MAJESTIC. Thuggish, boorish, callous (and those are his nice points) but no where near the hillbilly fool he pretends to be. Ruthless and relentless, Dack’s former partner is the one man with a shadow no one wants to tread on.

Brittany Brennan

Four foot eleven, redhead firebrand that acts as Dack’s acolyte/helper in Peoria. A computer genius, her cover job is a striper at ALICE’S WONDERLAND. While Dack’s helper, she is the glue that keeps him together.

Paul Frehley

Detective with the Peoria, PD and Dack’s familiar spirit with the law. Fortish, curly haired, unlucky in love, Paul is often flummoxed and angered by his friend from the intelligence community.

Father Malachi Oliverus

Semi-retired priest of St. John’s who acts as Dack’s advisor and surgeon. WW2 vet, cagey and strong, the old cleric forgives Dack’s sins, over and over.

Sister Elizabeth

The old nun who found Dack as an infant, his voice of reason and discipline. Probably the only person Dack Shannon really fears.

Hank

James Hirum Jennings, General, statesman, head of MAJESTIC SERVICES, the grandfatherly man is one of the most powerful figures in the world.

Doctor Steiner

Former SS scientist, the brains behind MAJESTIC SERVICE’S plans, experiments and twisted leanings for a better society.

Judy Spears

Middle aged, hefty Medical Examiner in Peoria, has a strong love/hate relationship with Dack.

Marty Milner
